• We provide a 1-year limited warranty for each order. During the warranty period, we will repair

  the unit for free if it's not damaged by human error.
• Man-made damage includes, but is not limited to: damage caused by dropping, water

  permeating, etc.

Warranty Extension

• Extend the default warranty to another 1-2 years and the extension depends on individual cases.
• In principle, warranty extension needs to be purchased together with the product.

Paid Repair Service

• Paid repair is provided for man-made damages.
• You could send the broken product back to the manufacturer (Soarability) for paid repair, or you

  could also ask the manufacturer (Soarability) to provide onsite repair at additional cost.
